Financial assistance programs offered by the Cancer Resource Foundation

For the more than two million women in the United States today coping with the effects of breast cancer, the physical and emotional challenges of the disease do not end with treatment.

All too often, women recovering from surgery and other treatments face significant barriers to accessing and paying for breast prostheses and post mastectomy bras, and other post-mastectomy products that provide comfort and dignity while improving her quality of life beyond cancer.

The Cancer Resource Foundation provides access to post-mastectomy products and services by administering the All4One Breast Form Fund. This fund provides financial assistance to women who qualify by providing up to $520 toward breast prosthesis, bras and post-mastectomy products.

Post-Mastectomy Program guidelines:
Am I Eligible?

Eligibility is based on your household income, medical information, health insurance coverage, and residency status.

If you live in the United States (U.S.), you may qualify if you meet the following criteria:

• You are a U.S. resident
• You have a household income below 250% of the federal poverty level (see income table below)
• You have had a mastectomy or breast surgical procedure requiring the need of an external breast prosthesis or mastectomy garment (bra or camisole) as a result of cancer prevention or cancer surgery (medical criteria).
• You have health insurance
• If you do not have health insurance you may qualify for a free external breast prosthesis if you meet the income and medical criteria. Inquire by calling our customer service line between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (EST) Monday through Friday: 508-630-2242
